I'm really passionate about 3D art and my artistic skills are mainly focused on 3D modeling and texturing. I've had the oportunity to work in more than 14 AAA titles already at elite3d, commissioned by other companies (most of them still protected under NDA). I've been working as a Lead and Supervising Artist in 6 of those projects, guiding the team technically and artistically, giving feedback and defining the workflows and pipeline we were going to follow to build up entire environments from the blockout stage to the final one.
In addition to this, I have also had the opportunity to work developing a tutorial for "Realistic Props Creation" for video games, as well as giving several Masterclasses, conferences and Mentorships to help the junior artists improve their skills.
I consider myself as a responsible employee and I enjoy working with other people as a team.
I'm looking forward to continue taking part in the AAA industry so that I can continue improving my skills and become a better artist and lead. My biggest ambition is to be part of a large company where I can further develop and improve my skills at the time I provide them with my trust and responsibility.

As an Associate Art Director I work guiding a wide team of artists from different disciplines to create artwork that aligns with the specific art pillars of each project. Following the Art Director's advice and vision, I collaborate creating style guides, art bibles and any art documentation to help the team understanding the principles, rules and workflows of each project, while being in touch with other departments to ensure work meets all technical targets and frame rate restrictions.
Some of my duties are to direct the team on establishing art benchmarks, collaborating with other Art Directors in defining the visual style of the games and participate on promoting pipelines, defining budgets and documenting them for the team.
I also help to manage outsourcing artwork and to establish priority of work while scheduling the workload, as well as to ensure all artists have the appropriate conditions to complete their tasks.
